This Privacy Policy explains what information Kings Digital Group collects through kingsdigitalgroup.com, why, and how it is handled. We built this Site to be lightweight: it does not run visitor accounts, does not process payments, and does not track you with advertising cookies.

Language preference: a single cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers whether you're browsing in English or French. It carries no personal data.
Messages you choose to send: our contact form opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled. Your details go directly to our WhatsApp Business number and are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not stored on our servers. The same applies if you email or message us directly.
Standard technical logs: our hosting provider automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance, in line with standard web hosting practice.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies on this Site. Fonts are served from our own servers rather than loaded live from Google, so no font-related data is shared with Google when you visit.

How we use this information

We use the information above to respond to your enquiries, display the Site in your preferred language, and keep the Site secure and running reliably. We do not sell, rent, or use your information for advertising.

How information is shared

Messages sent via our contact form or WhatsApp link are shared with WhatsApp/Meta, since that is the channel carrying them. Our hosting and content infrastructure providers process technical logs and page content on our behalf under their own security standards. Our divisions and products

This policy covers kingsdigitalgroup.com only. Our products (Aurahpay, Quickgrab, Kings Digital Cloud, Golearnam and Aura) are separate platforms that collect account, identity, and transaction information under their own privacy policies, published on their respective sites, because they provide regulated financial and cloud services that this Site does not.

Data retention

We do not retain personal data on this Site beyond the technical logs described above, which are kept only as long as needed for security and performance, then deleted or anonymised.
